Dated history of every service and what it cost, with a year-to-date spend total.
Loan Tracker
Who borrowed what and when it is due back. Overdue loans go red.
Dashboard
Tools owned, total invested, overdue maintenance, warranties expiring, tools on loan, and a category chart. Zero typing, all calculated.
Ships as a filled sample version plus a clean blank copy, with a buyer guide PDF. Works in Excel 2016 or newer and imports into Google Sheets (all formulas are Sheets-compatible; the guide includes the 3-step import).
